Since it would be wise to assume you are not familiar with French, my username roughly translates as "Isle of Joy." If you know even in the slightest, you would recognize that this description would not work for me. At all. The reason for this pseudonym is Claude Debussy. Claude Debussy is an utter genius and rocked the world of the early twentieth century. Debussy was a composer who is just about the only one in the musical category of 'impressionist.' I'm too lazy to explain what this title means, so hurry on over to Wikipedia. All you need to know is that he write beautiful but very difficult pieces for the piano, as well as pieces for the orchestra, choir, etc. My favorite song is Clair de Lune, but that name was taken. So I took my second choice of "L'Isle Joyeuse." Unfortunately, LJ is a bitch and doesn't allow apostrophes. And that, my dear, is where my username comes from.

If you actually cared about 'who I am' or nonsense like that, you'd read my journal. This is just some shit to fill up space with.
